Unfortunately Jerad made the mistake that a lot of people made and tried to order a scooter directly from China (which is not recommend, go with Amazon). It takes way too long to get the product if you go that route. Also if anything goes wrong during shipment you now have to packages everything up and ship it back and wait again. This is why we recommend buying from Amazon.
Jerad does talks about the materials that is used in building the product and he showcases some of the weak points in the units. You get to understand the various weak points from someone that has actually broken one of these units on day one.
